There is Falcon Shores which is Xe3 based. According to Exist50 multiple sub-versions over several generations will be using Xe3 graphics including a Xe3p variant. Nova Lake also uses Xe3.
YesSo, this means there are Xe3 consumer dGPUs still in the pipeline?
Exist50 says Celestial dGPU is still dead. This is a battle between leakers, him and bionic squash, both reliable so we shall see.
And G10 was 64 Xe cores, just like early rumors, but was cancelled because it featured ADM memory and their profits tanked.
So indeed Battlemage had 3 versions. The quad tile version with 2560 EUs, the ADM version with 64 Xe cores, and the 32 Xe core version that is coming. I would think having 3 radically different versions is a problem and not having that many would mean the product would have arrived much earlier.
Can you show comparison with Xe and Xe2?Intel panther lake xe3 gpu benchmark

I would link myself from twitter but mods dont like itCan you show comparison with Xe and Xe2?
lunar lake igpu has 4.2Tflops and in sisofsandra it has ~3.5flops. This one has 2.0tflops I think the therorethical is 4x8x48x1600 and they increased fp32 from 32 to ops48 per cu per clock. Sisof always lowers by around 20%.Can you show comparison with Xe and Xe2?
From what Bionic's told me, I think Exist50 is just wrong on some of the specifics.Exist50 says Celestial dGPU is still dead. This is a battle between leakers, him and bionic squash, both reliable so we shall see.
Great. More riddlesSpecifically, it's not really "Celestial" dGPUs that are dead.
Last dGPU?
Desktop Celestial and Druid are as planned as ever.
I’m afraid you’ve gotten Intel’s commitment to laptop dGPUs and desktop dGPUs mixed up.
If it Is N4 then it will be DoA, imoIntel celestial 128EU (16core?) tsmc n4 ?
R&D made in Poland
NOT DEAD YET (MLID)

Imagine if Intel somehow triumphs with the BM. Celestial would be alive and well, but I can expect being demoted to Laptop GPU in order to not depends on nVIDIA or AMD.Battlemage would be the last consumer dGPU from Intel. Although Celestial project still alives though.
Well i just showed, a celestial dgpu "karta graficzna" is dgpu in Polish from Polish r&d team from 2months ago. So yeah so far its aliveImagine if Intel somehow triumphs with the BM. Celestial would be alive and well, but I can expect being demoted to Laptop GPU in order to not depends on nVIDIA or AMD.
Probably, big wonder if Intel is all in on Druid being the big return by being MCM based (wonder if they can get glass substrates for that in time).Time to start a Druid thread ???
Intel confirms Xe3 architecture ‘is baked’, hardware team already working on successor
With Battlemage, Intel still needs to work on PPA on architecture. Maybe N4 won't be so bad if they can massively improve it to the extent it's competitive with RTX 50/Geforce Blackwell and keep it affordable. Let Druid take advantage of being part of a big shrink + MCM.If it Is N4 then it will be DoA, imo
Has to be N3 (like RDNA 5)
Xe3p = Xe3 Plus? There is Falcon Shores which is Xe3 based. According to Exist50 multiple sub-versions over several generations will be using Xe3 graphics including a Xe3p variant. Nova Lake also uses Xe3.
...if the board don't screw it up.Xe3p = Xe3 Plus?
Seems like Xe3 will be a long lived architecture.
They already do that.Shader Execution Re-ordering
Well yeah they're D3D12 things.Mesh Nodes and Work Graphs
All modern GPUs are that (the term itself is a misnomer anyway).SIMT architecture
