I dunno.
I think i'd wait on the new E8400 for $205 from Tank Guys & while awaiting its' arrival, snag the IP35 Pro from Newegg for $144.99AR.
But that's just me.

Definitely a very hot deal right now, altho like Tullphan referred to, the 8400 and the 8500 are expected to be released later this month with prices that are expected to replace the current 6750/6850 prices, dropping their prices to much lower levels. Iirc, the quads have been delayed but not these duals.

I was very close to getting a new system this week, but I think I'll wait for the 8400/8500.
