Intel BOXD510MO Atom D510 Mini ITX Motherboard/CPU Combo

$79.99
FREE shipping
$15 off coupon code EMCZZZW35 (exp. 11/24)

This is a pretty decent deal for anyone wanting something like this. It is energy efficient and is the dual core Atom. Has gigabit Ethernet, and even a mini PCIe slot for a wireless card or HD accelerator. The best part is that it is passively cooled with a giant heatsink. Otherwise, this is a fairly normal Atom board for really cheap.

No pci-e from what I can tell, just pci. Otherwise a pretty good deal.

I would buy this... but I really can't seem to find a use lol

I have a HTPC, server, 2x gaming rig setups (one for me, one for the gf for photo editing). I don't have any other TVs for low power streaming system, so I'm going to have to pass. Thanks though OP

There are decent PCI Video Cards around, besides anything would be better than that Intel IGP.

I'm curious - how did you find that coupon? It's not immediately obvious.

Strike that, it's staring me in the face!

Plz re-read what I wrote: "mini PCIe"

It has a normal PCI slot, and a mini PCIe slot for notebook size WiFi cards, or those Broadcom HD decoders.

Could you put an half mini PCIe SSD like those for Dell Mini 9 (Runcore, Super Talent, etc?) in that slot and use it to install os, etc?

Was thinking about this and a PCI video card with HDMI but damn those video cards cost more than this board.

yeah I was thinking the Broadcom would work. I think XBMC has decent support for that now too. But even those are tripping into the $50 range are they not? It still starts to add up pretty quickly :(

nah, those 1/2 mini-pcie ssd slots are specially made for the dell 9's/acer 1's. it "looks" like mini-pcie, but its been converted as a bridge to a pata interface.

Thanks OP.

Thinking of putting it in this case (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811154091). Amazon has it right now for same price, but with free shipping, and one customer comment said it was $29 shipped earlier this year.

i have an atom pc made with that case. i like the case a lot, its not built super quality or anything but it does loook good. i dont recall too many problems putting it together either.... plus i got mine at the egg for $24 shipped about 9 months ago, so keep your eyes peeled for deals.
