Intel application accelerator...Does anyone use this?

I installed it on my dad's CUSL2/P3-866 system and I did notice an improvement in boot time among other things. I would install it; can't hurt.

I use it. Speed things up a bit for me. Never caused any problems either. If you dont like it, it will uninstall.

For those who don't know what it is, it is ATA storage drivers for Intel i8xx chipset mobo's. You can get it here

I installed them and I couldn't see any difference. I even timed my bootup and it was within about 2% of the previous time (unnoticible). It didn't hurt anything, but it didn't help either. I have heard some people claim a 25% reduction in boot times.
