Can anyone point me to any of the following info?

1. Intel/AMD/IBM processor on chip SRAM transistor count for multiple generations of processors from the same designer
2. Any development time estimates for the above processors?
 
http://cpuscorecard.com seems to have a good bit of info on the processors for amd, intel, cyrix, and transmeta
their benchmarks might be off but they have a good database of info
if you want ibm specs i can only recommend going to their site and looking around
for your second part of the question I recommend searching google for processor road maps
