INTEL/AMD dont provide support for OEM cpus do they??

if my cpu get smoked or whatever intel/amd aint gonna replace it right
so the only place where i can get support for my oem cpu is the store i got it from aint it

Hmmm, I know that the company doesnt repair them, the company that you bought it from usually gives about a 30 day warranty and thats about it, thats why its better to buy retail, its just like $50-100 more and you get the full 3 year company warranty.

of course they wont repair it nobody will if its fried dats it u can flush it down the sh itter to let it go sleep with the fishes

Thats what I meant, they wont take returns on OEM unless it was DOA, like I said they mostly give a 30 day warranty (return) and thats it.

Can't say about Intel but I'm pretty sure that if you buy OEM from AMD Authorized Dealer, AMD will back the CPU for 1 year.

DaddyG's got it right. if you buy from an AMD authorized OEM retailer, then AMD provides a 1 year warranty.
