Intel Allendale E4300 Safe Voltage Limits?

Hey guys I know the default voltage on this CPU is 1.325V. I want to overclock this CPU to 3Ghz (333 FSB). What would be the max safe voltage I can go on the CPU?

I will be using a Thermaltake Big Typhoon CPU cooler btw.

The maximum safe voltage is generally held to be 10% higher than stock. So, you're looking at maybe 1.45-1.46v if you want to play it safe.
