Intel 945 chipset - SATA RAID + single SATA drive possible?

I have a Dell 9100 that I'm about to add some components to, in particular a couple extra hard drives. I have 3 drives total that I want in the machine in this configuration:

250GB + 250Gb in RIAD
160GB SATA

Does the 945 chipset support this? For instance, can I have the RAID on SATA 0 and 1, and then attach another SATA drive as a stand alone drive?

Also, which should I use as my system drive? The RAID or the stand alone?

Thanks for any help.
