I have just bought a new mobo, cpu and mem, but I have problems with it. :(

Problem:
Windows XP is very unstable (reboots, blue screens etc), I had also problems installing it.
The program Memtest86 shows that I have a lot of memory errors.

Specs:
-Albatron PX845PEV Pro
-Intel Pentium 4 2.66 Ghz (533 fsb)
-2x PQI DDR333 256 MB (T286AD-Q2D2; MD3456UPP) (singlesided, 8 chips per module, PQ3D328D6, Q247C) (which is tested OK on a VIA KT333 chipset with an AMD CPU)

I have tested (all give the same problem):
The first configuration in which I started the system was:
-memory in DIMM2 and DIMM3 (DIMM1 was not possible because my Geforce3 with Zalman 80HP was blocking DIMM1)
I have also tried just one memmodule in every DIMMslot (also DIMM1, with another videocard).
Bios setting are set to default (SPD), running in DDR266 mode also gives the problem.

Possible cause:
I think the problem is a combination of the chipset (or mobo)/mem.
Or the mobo alone.

Does anybody else also had this problem?
What should I do?

I have tested it with memtest86, which is a standalone bootable program without OS, so it's not XP related.

Going to find and test other DDR modules.

I'll let u guys know when I have more info

ok guys, I managed to get 2 other types of DIMMs, but they also have the same problem :(

I have now tested the following DIMMs (which are tested OK on other types of motherboards):
-PQI DDR333 256 MB (singlesided, 8 chips per module) (module labeled with DDR333 256MB T286AD-Q2D2; MD3456UPP) (chips labeled with PQ3D328D6, 0247C)
Default SPD in BIOS: 2,5 6 3 3
Test in SPD and 2,5733; DDR333/266; 2.7v
-PR DDR266 256 MB (doublesided, 16 chips per module) (module labeled with DDR 256MB) (chips labeled with NANYA 0125; NT5D516M8AT-7K; 086Y28KT S SINGAPORE)
Default SPD in BIOS: 2,5 7 3 3
Test in SPD and 2,5733; DDR266; 2.7v
-Samsung DDR266 128 MB (doublesided? chips are not exactly on the same place on the other side; 8 chips per module) (module labeled with SAMSUNG KOREA 0139; M368L1713BT1-CB0; DDR128 - 190035 001606) (chips labeled with SAMSUNG 139 K4H280838B-TCB0)
Default SPD in BIOS: 2,5 6 3 3
Test in SPD and 2,5733; DDR266; 2.7v

According to the mobo seller, only "brand on brand" memory can be used like Infineon because of the timings etc.
And he says it's highly unlikely that the mobo is defect.

What your opinion about the memory?

Just to let you know:

The problem was the mainboard. I replaced it with the same type with no problems.
