I'm putting together a cheap computer for my kids using the barbie/"Burbie"😱 case. It's based on an intel 810 MB. When powering on I just get a seroes or repeating three beeps. The intel manual says that means "First 64 KB Memory Failure". Is this refering to the SIMM or some other memory?

Hi, funny thing. I bought one of these a month ago and just assembled it last night. I had clear sailing but I also did a full recheck/reseat of the internals.

You will have to remove the heat sink from the CPU to remove the memory. Visual it first to confirm whether it's seated in it's slot before removing .. could be your only problem.

If you're still lost then e-mail me and I'll givw you a call and walk you through the set-up. Good luck, Frank
