I have a bit of a problem

I am helping a friend buy a new PC and we are building it to save money and buying all the parts off of newegg. So to save some money and not go 64-bit but still have DDR2 and PCI-E. We started putting a list of parts togethor for a INTEL LGA775 machine.

So when deciding on the motherboard we have no clue on what is a better value or better performance between the ASUS mobos.

Could anyone please tell me the difference or what is a better choice between these two motherboards.

The Deluxe "has" wireless G and the premium does not.

It may have it but I dont see it, I ordered the p5gd2 deluxe and saved myself 60 bucks.
