Seems that way, looking at ebay. Still some stock of the 1TB models floating around, but most of the lower-capacity models have dried up.

On the one hand, the existence of the P4501 suggests Intel is more or less ready to replace the 600p with something better. But replacing the 600p at the moment seems unlikely, because there's not much point in replacing the 600p with another 32L 3D NAND drive this late in the cycle, but the limited availability of the 545s indicates they don't have enough 64L production volume to be launching a bunch more products quite yet. I really doubt Intel would discontinue the 600p until a successor is actually shipping, so what you're seeing is probably just a temporary shortage.

That would explain what I'm seeing too, I guess. Just seemed kind of weird.

Acer is using them in their PCs, my work PC has a 256 MB boot drive. So intel is pricing them aggressively to OEMs and they might be grabbing them all.
