i got two of these during thanksgiving.. everything will eventually fail, so as long as you back up and hope the 3 year warranty is long enough..

FYI. I purchased this hard drive for my Dell inspiron 14Z (n411Z) running Windows 7. After swapping old harddrive with intel 330- 240 GB SSD, I reinstalled windows 7 - 64 bit. After loading all drivers, laptop was experiencing Blue Screen of Death Windows Crash when recovering from sleep mode. Basically, when I closed the laptop and reopened, laptop would crash with Blue screen error. I spent hours searching for remedy, and finally came to the conclusion that this only happens with Intel and other inferior SSD with windows 7. Upgrade to windows 8 will solve this.

well the 330 hasn't been out long enough to see the longevity. But so far, I've built them into several systems, even approaching 1 year without any issues but the speed demon that it is!
