Intel launched the SSD 335 series, the company's first solid state disk line that uses 20nm MLC NAND flash memory from IMFT, a joint venture between Micron and Intel. The SSD 335 is a 6Gbps SATA SSD that is solely available with a capacity of 240GB. It's based on the SandForce SF-2281 controller and it's essentially the same as the SSD 330, but with 20nm NAND flash memory instead of 25nm.
