I just called Fry's Chicago, they sale this combo at $249.99.

But they have ECS MB for $200( not two channel memory surpport)

I think this is a very good deal so far.

PT880 (MSI) chipset supports dual channel but 848P (ECS offering) definately only offers single channel memory support. Performance on the PT880 is on par with 865PE/875P for anyone not looking to overclock, and the deal currently offered is very nice for anyone looking for a prescott/mobo combo.
