You should be able to dissable the integrated card through the bios settings. When windows starts it will not recognise the integrated card. Hopefully PnP will recognise the PCI card. If not, you can install the drivers through device manager. After installing the card, check in device manager for any conflicts. If the intrgrated card is dissabled in the bios, instalation should be the same as any PCI card instalation.
