Integrated NIC problem?

About 5 times per day my internet connection goes dead. I am pretty confident it's not the actual cable connection, since I do not have to reset it. To solve the problem, I simply have to disable my NIC and re-enable it. My board has dual integrated NIC's and it doesn't matter which I use, this still happens.

Any idea what it might be?
