A 9800Pro can play UT04 at 1280*1024 MAX no AA no AF or better. If you think like this almost any card today including nvidia and ATI onboard graphic cards should manage around 10X7 Med, this is worse or about equal to FX 5200.

thanks guys

i ran 3dmark05 and got 601

with my FIC K8MC51G w/ 6100

so can anyone tell me the score of other integrated chips?

The first post is often updated and says that ATI plans to release an improved integrated video board soon.

Funny, I beat that by a bit on a P3-850 (AGP 2x) with a 9700Pro back in the day. With the ATI buyout I expect we'll start seeing decent integrated graphics. I wouldn't recommend integrated graphics for even HT use, it's surprising how people so de-emphasize GPU in that application when a serious setup is (almost) as demanding as a gaming rig.

If you had to chose between only those two, then nVidia. Have you considered the 7900 GS?
