Integrated graphics or older card?

Built a secondary computer with this motherboard:

and a Intel G3258 CPU

I have a couple older video cards laying around. When I say older I mean 3+ years. I have a ASUS Radeon HD 5450 512MB from 2011 and a GeForce 7300GT 256MB from 2008. I am guessing the GeForce is pretty much worthess... but should I throw the Radeon in? I'm basically asking can a 3 year old budget video card beat todays budget integrated graphics?
