Integrated Graphics - Does it make boot up slower?

I built a computer for my parents this Christmas and I used an ASUS board with integrated graphics to save money.

This thing takes FOREVER to boot up. I'm wondering if it's the integrated graphics that making it take so long or if it's the BIOS type.

Does anyone have any ideas? I can always buy a cheap PCIe video card if it's the Integrated Graphics that's slowing down the boot process.
