I'm getting ready to sell a laptop to a friend, and I'm trying to set it up for the best performance. It's a Celeron M 1.5ghz, some kind of integrated gfx(I haven't looked), and 512mb of ram. I'm wondering what the best amount of ram to dedicate to gfx would be. The more I give to gfx, the less I have for the system of course. The choices are 64mb, 128mb. and MaxDVMT(I don't know what this is).
Is there a way I can tell how much gfx ram is really being used so I can tailor it for the best performance? Or do any of you have suggestions?
