integrated audio driver

ok....... this girl has a problem w/ here "callwave" (internet call waiting) program, she can't hear messages or something. now, i looked around and found a support page for her problem here

she's done everything except install a new sound driver.... i've looked around and don't know where there is one, or if there even is one...

AC'97 Driver for Intel(r) 82801AA Contoller

Did you check out her mobo homepage to see if they had updated sound drivers for the onboard sound for her mobo?

ok... i got some info on the motherboard but can't find any support for it (or even really what it is)
