INTC may be low, but AMD stock the way to go?

Ive been watching the stock market closely in the past week and tech stocks have droped to what appears to be rock bottom. INTC to 41 and AMD to 24. Which one do you think would be the best deal for short term investments? I know Intel has announced warnings but how about AMD? Were they solid this quarter? If so, looks like a hell of a deal!
