intake or outtake?

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16811196021
thats the case i have
and im wondering if turning the large side panel fan around to outtake will improve my temps
the front 120mm is intake and the rear 120mm is outtake
my psu has 3 fans, so im not worried about that getting too hot
i just got this case, and im waiting to get new tubes for my wc kit, so i need to make the most out of what cooling i can get with this case

Many of those 250mm fans have a switch to change the fan from intake to exhaust w/o physically turning the fan around. IAC, you should be using it as intake. All you need from the front fan is to be sure there is a slight breeze over the HDDs. Other than that there need be no other fan. Just some vents to let the air generated by the big boy escape.
