Intake Fan Necessary on Antec P180?

I'm currently only using the 2 exhaust fans in my Antec P180, I removed the fan blowing on the PSU since my PSU already has a fan and I don't have anything else in the bottom chamber. I'm wondering if it's worth it to install an intake fan in the front. For those of you with the P180, did you install an intake fan?

I guess since I'm not using the bottom 120mm fan, I could swap that one with one of the exhaust fans and put the smaller fan on the intake. Just wondering if it's worth it though...

I have only one intake fan running on my P180 right now, and to me it is necessary. My hard drives run very hot without that fan blowing over them. When the intake fan is on, the HDD's stay cool to the touch, without the fan, they were pretty darn hot when you touch them.
