My roommate and a friend were hit on the way to school a few days ago, they were stopping at a stop light and a van bumped them. No visible damage to either vehicle, my roommate gets the guys information and both he and his friend go see a doctor the next day for whip-lash. The doctor says something like "If you turn head do you feel pain in your arms you have whip-lash." They say yes.. That?s what I feel

(of course both are perfectly fine). Now they are filing reports against the driver of the van for it, isn?t that pretty much insurance fraud?

This is why I'm self insured... People like this had my premiums over $3000 a year.
