Insults through PM

I just received an insult through PM. Haven't logged in for a while, and I can't even remember the last time I even discussed anything with this user. I read AT forum guidelines, and although it says no 'insults', we know this rule is applied liberally depending on the forum and situation.
Its from a user that often posts in P&N (a place I haven't posted in for a long while) who is taunting me.

The main reason I'm concerned is that there was no 'argument' on the forums, with this user, that led to the start of insults through PM. None at all. This comes out of nowhere from this user.

I would simply repost what they said (nothing big) but rule #9 on 'AT Forum Guidelines' says to be mindful of PM privacy. At the very least, even if its nothing big, for now, I'll be mindful.

Is there any recourse I have through AT rules? I really don't want to get into a pissing contest with this user. If I can get a warning or short ban out of it without stooping down to their level, I'd prefer that.

If the answer is 'grow thicker skin'...then LMK =)

Quit while you are behind. Your need to pursue another poster and call them names by pm is juvenile. Pursuing it into a PFI thread is just stupid.

This matter has been addressed and this thread will now be locked.
