Instructions on how to connect front USB/audio headers?

Does anyone have any good sites that can help with connecting all the various headers from the front panel? I managed to get only my front led's and pwr switch to work so far, those are fairly easy. The front USB and audio headers are just really confusing and I have no idea how to do them. The manual didn't help a lot.

I seem to have two USB front connections on my mobo that look like this:
. . . . . . . . . .
. . . . . . . .
And I have two of those front usb headers, are they both supposed to fit on one of those connectors on the mobo? Each header is made up of one connector with 4 holes and one loose connector labeled NC.

For my audio, does anyone know the difference between BLINE.OUT and LINE.OUT in terms of which one is recieving/getting audio from the front? Also my mobo has some jumpers on the front audio connectors, are these safe to remove?

Guess and check, you need to suck it up. Because my mobo is trash, from PC CHIPS, the connectors to the power switch are'nt even standard!! Agh! That got me so mad, but I got it right the first time, just 'cuz I sort of knew about wiring in the first place.

You know what bugs me is that some people rely on forums for tech issues. It lessens their searching abilities.

Good hell, here's some college work buddy. Read it and figure it out. Thank you and good bye.

You appear to be linking to a PSU specification document. That's not going to help with his question about front-panel audio (although it's a standardized item) or USB headers (which vary from manu to manu and board to board). If it's a Coolermaster case, then the USB won't be too tough but the audio cable is a doozie, because rather than tailing it with a monoblock shell, they did individual wirelets :p

Speaking of which, Loki1, what motherboard do you have?
