Hi are there any sites or videos off amazon some can recommend. Some days it's very hectic but some days are sort of slow and during that time I'd like to learn something new. I'm more of a visual learner. I know this is broad but I prefer virtualization esx, hyperv, cloudstack etc. some exchange and some cisco asa stuff.

INE has free CCNA and CCNA Voice video training online. They have a bunch of other network training videos that you can purchase.

Kevin Wallace also has some good free networking training videos online, as well as paid products.
