Nope, not possible. You can, however, convert to the Everything Plus Referral plan (its about $10-$15/mo more) and get whatever you want (instinct, pre, hero, etc)

its EXTREMELY hard. you have a 1 in 100000 chance of getting it onto the old sero plans. i was offered it on my $30 sero a while back, but refused it cause i needed wifi at the time.

you're stuck with the touch pro 2 as the "best" smartphone to use on the old sero. all android, instinct, and webos devices require the "everything plus referral plan" as blackangst1 said. there is simply no way of getting around that.

It is not even one in a million, it is just not possible. It is hard coded into system to require a correct plan. What you can do is switch to an Everything Data plan at $70 and get a $20 credit for changing plans. Then add a corporate discount, even a credit union will get you 10%.(actually add the discount first to get the most savings) That should get you around $40, IMHO it's worth it for the ability to get whatever phone you want.

No, there is a 0 chance on a legacy SERO plan. But like I said he can change his plan very easily to an employee referral everything plan.

How do you get a 20.00 Discount just for changing plans? I cannot find any information on this.

Just call them. I did it last night myself. Changed from EPRP to ED with $20 off minus another 10% corporate discount so it saved about $15. They are also sending me an airwave to boot.
