there's rich, and then there's uber rich. rich is a subset of uber rich.
of course everything is relative, but rich does not necessarily mean you're chauffeured in a bentley.
you might be able to afford a new sports car every couple of years, and vacation to exotic places.
i don't know about you guys, but i'd much rather buy all kinds of toys, eat out at nice restaurants regularly, go to hawaii than lose it all to taxes.
i'd be paying sales tax and helping the local economy at the same time.
a big house = big property tax
other than the logistics of implementing this, what's so bad about the idea?
