InstallShield Wizard doesn't work properly

InstallShield Wizard doesn't allow patching any of my games because it doesn't see that they are installed. It just tells me that I don't have the game installed and that I need to install it. Is there anyway to fix this? It wouldn't be nice not to be able to patch my games 🙁

(Tried patching with Medieval 2 and Civ 4 which both gave the same error)
