Installshield Error

I'm getting this error when trying to install nTune Performance Application from nVidia. I have installed my nVidia drivers and that Installshield works fine. It's just the one for nTune Performance, however I believe it is some sort of problem with Installshield because nTune is probably trying to gain access to system files in Windows.

I have followed the steps here.

Has anyone seen this? Do you know of any other solutions? I followed ALL the directions in the above article.
