Installing XP2100 on the A7V133

I will be installing my new AthlonXP 2100 on my A7V133 in a few hours, and have a few questions.

A) Is it as simple as taking out my 1.0 Thunderbird, and putting this one in?

B) I hear a lot of talk with chaning the VIO to 3.3? Is this recommended? How do I do this?

C) What is the default voltage I should be running the 2100 at? I will not be overclocking it.

It is almost that simple
make sure you got thermal compound and fit the heatsink on right
i would leave yur VIO alone keep that at the motherboard's default unless you need to supply more voltage for overclocking purposes
let the motherboard detect the cpu's default voltage (1.75v)
what bios version does the board have ??
make sure the bios supports the athlon xp
