installing xp professional over xp home

Is there any reason why I should not upgrade to xp professional from xp home?
Will I be able to do the upgrade? Anyone have any experience with this?

When I did this on my laptop, I decided not to do an upgrade install. I figured there was a lot more that could go wrong. It wasn't too much trouble to format the system, then fresh install XP Pro. Of course, I had just put XP Home on there a few days before...so there wasn't that much stuff on it yet
