Installing XP languages silently?

We're is a business environment and would like to install Japanese as an available language/regional option in Windows XP across many computers.

This is the same as going to Control Panel > Regional Options > Languages tab > Install files for East Asian Languages and also adding the Japanese keyboard.

Is there any way to do this over a network silently?
