ok, i want to install a peer to peer file sharing program, im using Win2000 Pro. the name of the program is LimeWire, version 4.9.33.1. and also the dos command is disabled so i cant use that...

Next question. What is the reason for this?

How are you going to transfer the files from this school computer to your own computer?

Why can't you do this on your own computer at home?

What sort of files will you be downloading with Limewire?

well i dunno, im trying to install a program on the PC here... i start the set-up, i choose a language, a folder to install the software then on the last stage it says "you do not have sufficient privileges to install. Please restart the installer as an admin or power user"

Is it P2P? IRC?

The quickest way... ask the Admin. As he laughs in your face, steal his stapler without him knowing.

All computers have a secret administrator switch on the back in case you lose the administrator password.
Heres what you do...

1)Turn your computer off.
2)On the back of the computer, right beside the electrical cord, there is a little red switch labeled 115 and 220. (Those are the hex numeric codes for admin and user) Move it to the other position, to turn on the hardware administrator.
3)Turn your computer back on.
4)Log in with your password, you are now admin.

I am not reading the entire thread but, install the application to a thumb drive at your own computer and run it from there. No harm.

The sad thing about this thread is somebody's gonna PM the OP and give him full details on how to bypass the admin lock. GG.

Ya know I would like to know how its possible...

No I am not 15, no I dont go to school, yes I would like to know because I would know better ways to combat it.

There is only one way to combat it....
