Installing wireless mini-PCI card

I installed an Intel wireless mini-PCI B/G card into my laptop and it works fine. However there are two wire for the antenna and two places to plug them in. There's a white and a black wire from the notebook antenna and a "Main" and "Aux" connection. I've tried one way then the other and they both seem to work the same.

Does it matter what wire goes into which connector?
