Installing WinXP on a Dell PowerEdge Server

Howdy,
Anyone been able to install WinXP on a PowerEdge server?

Having issues with the Perc 5i RAID controller.

Have used nLite to tailer the WinXP installation CD, but it stilll hangs at PERCSAS.SYS every time.
