Installing Windows on a second hard drive

I've got two HDs in my rig right now. I put the second one in a few hours ago and I've partitioned it and formatted. Is it possible to install Windows on it while still inside the Windows that's running from the first drive? If so, how do I do that, and how do I make the primary partition on the second drive the active one?
