Installing Windows 2003 Server takes forever

The machine is really slow.. dual P3 1GHz, 2 gigs of RAM. It's installing onto a RAID 1 array, so I'm guessing that that has something to do with the slowness.

I installed it on a Dual Xeox 3.06Ghz, 2GB RAM with a RAID-5 array.
 
so setup an imaging server, stick in a CD, boot and come back 30 minutes later to a brand new server happily humming along all configured and ready to go.
