Installing Win2k on RAID-0 array

Hi all,

I just ordered my new PC and I was wondering if anyone can tell me what to expect with regards to installing Win2kPro onto a RAID-0 array? I see lots of tips and tricks and walkthroughs for WinXP but seemingly never Win2k.

Is the procedure similar? I haven't installed Win2k in over a year so I don't recall at what point I can install external drivers etc.

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Hit F6 during the file copy phase (it prompts you at the bottom of the screen) to provide 3rd party SCSI drivers. After that, it's business as usual.

The hardware RAID set is presented to the OS as a single volume, so you don't need to worry about which disk to install to.
