Does anyone have the reg patch or webpage with the patch that allows Win2K to be installed wiht WinMe already on the system?

i don't have the patch, but i am just wondering: why do you need a pathch? can't you just install it on top of winme?
 
Its just a reg file.

I had it before but lost it and am reinstalling. WIn2k doesn't recognize the version of winME
