How to I reinstall Win2k from scratch.
I'm not running Win2k but want to wipe the whole hard drive clean then reinstall it again.

I can't do Fdisk (From command promt)
I can't format the hard drive (From command promt)

And I don't want to reinstall on top over my existing Win2k on my hard drive.

You can use the HD mfg's utility to pseudo-low level format, which will wipe it clean, and then install w2k. Or you can boot with w2k cd, and during w2k install there will be menus asking you what how you want to do with existing partitions.
 
Boot off the Win2K cd wipe the existing partition and then reformat either using FAT 32 or NTFS then reinstall the OS
