Hi ,
I recently bought an Advent 7111 laptop with an 80Gb SATA HDD .
It came preloaded with " Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005 " preloaded .
So after a i go to the trouble of making a Windows install disc of my own " As these days they dont even supply a Recovery Disc " with laptops / PC's . :|
Does anyone know how i can install the SATA Drivers without a Floppy Disc Drive , as the Laptop has none
Anyone please ? ? ?
PS . I was thinking of taking the Laptop HDD out of the Laptop and plugging it into my Desktop and installing windows without any drivers or anythin then just popping it back into the Laptop . Would this work ?
