Installing W7 OEM+6850

Hi guys.

I'm about to install W7 OEM 64b onto a new Spinpoint, and also have a 6850, so do I install the 6850 and then drop the OS on top or add the GPU later?
 
PITA to get my happauge twin tuner working, but it's done.
Samsung spinpoint as quiet as a mouse.
I'll be reinstalling Dirt3 and F1 2011 and should be able to DX11 max these 2 with the 6850.
