Installing Vista on two computers?

Accidentally installed on one of my OEM computers without a XP reinstall key... I dont use that machine more than once a month anyway, and thats to retrieve some old files.
Can I install Vista on my main computer without side effects? With the same install disc and same key?

if you activated it you will have trouble activating on the new machine (and may have to call microsoft), if vista is OEM they might not let you do it (techically you cant switch machines if its oem) if its retail or upgrade then they will let you as long as you uninstall it from the first machine.

If it is OEM Version as per the EULA once it is activated on the mother board it is tied to that motherboard for life.

If it is retail you can move it, but a call to microsoft may be required to activate it.
