You have to unconnect everything on your mobo, take it out, and THEN mount it? WTF?!

Anyone done this? Booo!

Well most people get a new heatsink when they first build a new PC...

It is a bit of a pain but the heatsink is great.

Then you obviously dont need a new HS. Buying a proprietary HS of that caliber is usually for the people who need it, and the enthusaists. If you dont want to do that then buy a cheap cooler that mounts.

2 hours? bit much its not that hard

take the oppertunity to clean your case out, and tidy your wiring while your at it, a tidy cable system = reduction in time when ever you need to swap things out.

If you would seriously take two hours to do that install, you should just box it back up, and return it from wherever you got it from. Either that, or pay someone that knows what theyre doing $35 an hour(it couldnt take more than one) to do it for you.

Realistically, that should take about 30 minutes. One hour tops.
