Anyone got notes on this? I cannot remember how I did it, and cannot find anything applicable on google. 🙁
 
From the .info file

.extract to your system drive\windows\resources\themes
.double click Royale.msstyles
.Enjoy the first official new theme for windows xp since its
.release
