Installing the MPlayer plugin for Mozilla

edit: not working...

edit: didnt work in ~/.mozilla/plugins, but it now works in /usr/X11R6/lib/mozilla/plugins/

edit: arggh!! it just says "loading movie" and doesnt do anything. i suppose i'll just wait for this to mature.

This should fix yur problem
just need the right mplayer codecs to view quicktime

Like Soulkeeper said you just need the right codecs. Follow the link he posted and use the QT6 codecs and other codecs there. Stay away from the QT5 codecs as they are for developers only and are somewhat buggy.
